Mozambique made a quick transition from a war-devastated socialist country to a thriving market-economy democracy in less than three decades. The current development cooperation landscape and framework in Mozambique presents important challenges and opportunities for the country. The present manuscript aims to explore the development cooperation status quo as well challenges and opportunities for Mozambique.
